Refund and Exchange Policy

Returns

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns with full refunds at this time. However, we do offer one exchange on any purchase with a product of equal or lesser value, and will refund you the difference in cost minus the cost of shipping.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and include any additional items it came with, such as cases, cloths, or cleaners.

There are certain situations where exchanges are not granted:

  • Product with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, we assume you already checked your bank account, but please do so once again.

Then contact your credit card company or bank, and confirm there is no delay or hold on their end, as it may take some time before your refund is processed and officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please send us an email.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged. Items purchased with a discount, coupon, or promo code are not considered sale items, and are still eligible for an exchange if all other conditions are met.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send your item to:

Exchange

We will replace items if they are damaged or you decide you want a different one. The item must be returned undamaged and unused, in its original packaging, with all included items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send your item to:

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, which includes the difference in value between the items if applicable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
